HoneyBull Refund Policy
At HoneyBull, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns, we proudly offer a hassle-free refund, replacement, or exchange policy for up to 365 days (1 year) after purchase.
✅ Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available for used or unused products, with the exception of mouth guards, which must be unused to qualify.
- To request a refund, customers must provide:
- A photo showing the issue (e.g., damage to the product or packaging).
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
🛑 Returns Not Required
There is no need to return the product to us. We trust our customers and make the process simple.
💵 Full or Partial Refunds
Each refund request is considered individually, and we may issue either a full or partial refund based on the nature of the issue.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund—depending on what works best for you.
